3.Purpose Main objective is to study and understand the “principle of bread”
4.Activities Training sessions will be held 5times every year during April and June. Lectures on flour, ingredients and yeast are conducted. There will be 5hours training at bakery. Research of ingredients will be carried out at research laboratory.
