Mount Fuji's eruption of 864 to 866 is widely known to people as it has created 3 lakes (Motosu, Shojin and Sai) out of 5 in its present shape by lava erupted from Aokigahara area of Mount Fuji. We have used this lava for inner floor, ceiling and side walls of our oven. Breads baked by the lava oven will have quite different taste and aroma due to its tiny bubbles in lava. Especially, the hard bread like French bread will have ample volume and crispy crust. |
